About these terms

These terms apply to use of the Younique Dermal website and to orders placed through it. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Products and availability

Product descriptions, images, prices and availability are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. Packaging can change and images may be illustrative. An order is subject to stock availability, successful payment and any professional-verification requirement that applies to the product.

Professional and restricted products

Some products are intended only for suitably trained, qualified or authorised professionals. Where verification is required, we may ask for evidence before an order is released. We may refuse or cancel supply where the required verification cannot be completed or where supply would be inappropriate or unlawful.

Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. VAT treatment and delivery charges are shown during checkout where applicable. Payment must be completed using an available payment option before a live order is processed unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

Order acceptance

Submitting checkout does not guarantee acceptance of an order. We may contact you or cancel and refund an order where there is a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, a verification issue, a delivery restriction or another reasonable operational or legal reason.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery estimates, returns and refunds are governed by our Delivery & Returns Policy and Refund Policy, together with any rights that apply under UK law.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy protected content unlawfully, submit malicious code or use the service for fraudulent activity.
